Order

  6. Please enter your shipping and payment information. If the billing address is different from that of the orderer, please enter the "Billing Address". The shipping fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide, and 1,500 yen (tax included) for Okinawa and remote islands.
  7. After confirming your order information, please click the "Purchase" button.
  8. Once your order is complete, your order number and payment information will be displayed, so please make sure to keep this information. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have registered.

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express), AmazonPay, and convenience store payment.

Domestic delivery is by Kuroneko Yamato only.

Once you have placed an order on our online boutique, we are unable to cancel, change the product or quantity, so please check here for product returns and exchanges.

Delivery of products

The shipping fee is 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide, and 1,500 yen (tax included) for Okinawa and remote islands.

If you do not specify a delivery date, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please let us know in the contact form after placing your order (within 2 hours). The delivery date can be specified after 5 business days from the order date.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver on the specified date during holidays. In such cases, our staff will contact you to request a change in the designated date.

You can choose your preferred delivery time from: Morning, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00.

After we have shipped your order, we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment. You can check the shipping status of Kuroneko Yamato by clicking on the URL listed there.

Product Returns and Exchanges

You can return the product if the following conditions are met. However, please note that we cannot accept returns of products purchased at special sales events such as exhibits.

  • The product must be unused.
  • You must complete the return procedure using the contact form within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The request for return must be made by the owner of the order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping charges for shipping your order will not be refunded.

FUMIKODA carefully checks the condition of each item before delivery, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective or damaged due to our fault, please contact us using the inquiry form. Wrapping Service

Yes, please specify the shipping address when ordering.
Please note that we do not include a delivery note if the recipient of the order is different from the person who placed the order. If you require a delivery note or receipt, please contact us using the contact form.

Engraving Service

The engraving service is available for the following small items.

  • STELLA Long Wallet
  • LUNA Tri-fold wallet
  • EVA (card case) * Takaoka Doki series are not eligible for engraving service.
  • MILLA (Bangle)

Please note that the location of the engraving and the size of the letters are determined by the product. Please understand that you can not specify.

5,000 yen (excluding tax) per item.

You can specify up to 10 letters of the alphabet in either Gothic (Kozuka Gothic) or Mincho (Times New Roman). We will engrave it after you confirm the image once.

The delivery time is about 2 weeks after you confirm the image.

Rental Services

Please use our rental service. You can try the bag for 3 days for 3,300 yen (excluding tax) including shipping.

We are sorry, but the only item available for rental is the bag.

If you like the bag, please purchase the bag from our online boutique. We will send you a new one.

Product Maintenance

FUMIKODA asks you to pay attention to the following points so that you can use our products for a long time.

  • Do not store or leave the product in a place where it will be exposed to high temperatures (e.g., near a fire, near a heater, or in a car exposed to direct sunlight).
  • As much as possible, avoid storing or leaving the product in a humid and poorly ventilated place.
  • Please store the bag in the cloth bag provided. If you are concerned about the bag losing its shape, please stuff a towel inside and hang it on a hanger or hook.
  • The suede-like material used for the interior of the bag may fade with friction or heat. Please be careful not to combine with light colored items when using.
  • Wipe it with a dry cloth when it gets dirty. If it is badly soiled, wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of neutral detergent dissolved in water and dry it in the shade.
